Award winning cakes & treats made in Bishopstoke
Me and my twin sister started baking as a hobby when we were little, and over time we challenge ourselves to make bigger and better (it didn’t always work out let’s face it we were 12…. plenty of cake fails).
When I left school I decided to take on a Hospitality and Catering Management course to give me more knowledge on the industry I had grown so passionate about and went on to study professional patisserie and confectionary. This gave me work experience opportunities with local bakeries, The Ritz and Chewton Glenn which has provided me with such valuable knowledge on my career. Now I work full time and run my little business from my family’s home in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh.
I still regularly compete in competitions and to date we have a haul of gold, silver and bronze awards which fuels my passion to learn new skills and perfect the newest trends to make beautiful cakes for all my customers.
